We engaged Seed People to run a core values workshop with our team, and the entire experience—before, during, and after—was exceptional. Stacey prepared a thoughtful and well-structured session and delivered it with real clarity and energy, and our team walked away genuinely inspired. Seed consulting designed and delivered bespoke workshops to build the skills of existing and emerging leaders. I have participated in several leadership programs in the past, but what truly stood out about this one was its emphasis on Team Management Profiles (TMPs). Exploring my work preferences through this framework was incredibly insightful.
