The Discovery stage is the foundation of creating a custom HR solution, identifying project milestones, key deliverables and success factors (ROI).
We value the time spent in discovery for each of our projects, learning about each client and understanding the strategic and operational context within which the solution needs to be delivered.
We don't just work 'on the surface' - by understanding our client's key objectives from the Discovery stage, we work closely with our clients to clearly define what the key issue is that needs solution design.
Taking a commercial and customer-centric view, clearly defining the problem enables the 'right' solution to be articulated and designed.
Following a process of ideation (many ideas and options, test and learn), we work closely with our clients to co-design a solution that is the right fit for their organisation.
In the Design stage we bring our extensive HR experience to the process, ensuring every solution is tailored specifically to the individual organisation and their needs.
DeliverY & REFLECTION
Following codesign of the tailored solution, we deliver our projects on time, in budget and to a quality standard.
We continue to work with our clients post delivery of the solution, ensuring we understand what worked well based on client experience and what requires 'tweaking', to ensure desired ROI is achieved and sustained.
