I’ve had the opportunity to take part in the first two of six sessions of Maxim’s leadership development program with Seed People, and I’ve been thoroughly impressed.
The sessions led by Stace and Jules have been both engaging and practical, and it’s been a nice to see how the content has landed differently across the team. From implementing insights gained from our individual TMS profiles to learning how to give and embrace feedback, my colleagues and I have been actively completing our ‘homework’ and finding opportunities to apply what we’ve learned in our day-to-day roles, a clear sign that the program is hitting the mark and encouraging growth in our leadership skills.
Personally, the sessions have challenged some of my default thinking, preferences, and habits, and have prompted me to reflect and grow. I’m really looking forward to the next four sessions and continuing to build my leadership skills.
