Passionate about enabling people, unlocking inspiring leadership and building sustainable businesses, Stacey founded Seed People Consulting in early 2014 to partner with organisations to redefine perceptions of HR Consulting.

With more than thirteen years’ experience in specialist and generalist human resources ranging from leadership and career coaching, leadership and team development, the implementation of transformational organisational design to technical specialisation in Employee Relations, Stacey has extensive experience as in-house and consulting HR.

Stacey has held senior positions in private and public organisations, including Director People & Culture for Hunter TAFE, and both positions of Senior Manager People Strategy and Senior Manager People Operations for Insurance Australia Group (IAG).

Elissa Fletcher

Consultant

Elissa has over a decade’s experience as an HR professional with generalist, recruitment and training experience across IT, digital media, finance and professional services. Committed to providing pragmatic and commercial HR advice and partnerships, Elissa is a passionate change agent in developing and delivering business solutions through high quality HR practices and frameworks.

Prior to working with Seed People Consulting, Elissa has had the privilege of working for a number of leading organisations across a diverse range of industries, including Bravura Solutions, HotHouse Interactive, Royal Bank of Canada, McGrathNicol and The Salvation Army EmploymentPlus.

Amy Stewart

Amy holds over fifteen years of expertise across leadership and organisational development.  Her underlying belief is that individuals should embrace every opportunity to explore what they are truly capable of.

One passion lies in the quality coaching of others.  Her coaching has been described as transformational, bringing a wealth of expertise to our team in this area.

Also impassioned by building leadership capability, she has successfully designed, developed and implemented hundreds of Leadership Development initiatives ranging from entry level leadership, right through to Senior Management.  Her facilitation methodology has always ensured alignment with organisational strategy, as well as the desired cultures and behaviours.

Amy has built her career working with some of the best: IAG (Insurance Australia Group); ANZ; Avis and Budget Rent a Car; Contiki Holidays, and Bridgeclimb.

Camilla McQualter

Team Administration Guru

With a career in Administration spanning over 30 years, Camilla’s diverse experience has seen her to move from strength to strength.   Her work history, though extensive, has been predominately in the telecommunications and more recently, education/research not-for-profit sectors.

Having an innate strength in organising, supporting and nurturing, Office Management was the obvious choice. Camilla’s range of roles have included Data Entry Officer, Finance Clerk / Supervisor, Special Projects Officer, Research Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager and Marketing Coordinator.

Camilla is our Guru for team coordination and administration, supporting the team to ensure that we are all able to partner closely with our clients and focus on the individual value in which we are each specialist. Essentially, Camilla keeps our team humming!
