Passionate about enabling people, unlocking inspiring leadership and building sustainable businesses, Stacey founded Seed People Consulting in early 2014 to partner with organisations to redefine perceptions of HR Consulting.
With more than fifteen years’ experience in specialist and generalist human resources ranging from leadership and career coaching, leadership and team development, the implementation of transformational organisational design to technical specialisation in Employee Relations, Stacey has extensive experience as in-house and consulting HR.
Stacey has held senior positions in private and public organisations, including Director People & Culture for Hunter TAFE, and both positions of Senior Manager People Strategy and Senior Manager People Operations for Insurance Australia Group (IAG).
Julia has over a decade’s experience as an HR professional across the full range of HR functions including Business Partnering, Recruitment, Leadership Development and HR Projects.
Committed to providing pragmatic, practical and professional HR advice and partnerships, Julia is a passionate change agent in delivering business solutions through high quality HR practices.
Prior to working with Seed People Consulting, Julia has had the privilege of working for a number of leading organisations across a diverse range of industries, including Nespresso Oceania, The Wests Group Australia and Julia Ross Recruitment.
Jennifer has over 8 years’ experience as an ER consultant and workplace relations solicitor. When giving advice, Jennifer aims to provide clear, concise and practical advice to businesses to ensure they are not only compliant with the law, but that their business needs are met.
Jennifer has worked closely with our clients on developing relevant and compliant Enterprise Agreements, reviewing policies and procedures, and providing advice on contracts and Agreements. She has had the privilege to work with our clients including Bridge & Civil, BankVic and Mudbath Digital.
Prior to working with Seed People Consulting, Jennifer has had experience working in an employer association and Sydney specialist law firms, where she advised and represented Australian employers from a number of industries on all aspects of employment, discrimination and industrial relations law.
Lauren’s passionate about enabling people to grow & develop by providing advice, guidance and mentorship no matter where you are at in your career.
Lauren has had over 10 years’ experience in similar roles in the corporate echelon with experience in providing practical advice to managers on performance management, employee relations, change management, employee engagement, HR polices, and workforce planning.
More recently Lauren has been employed by Lendlease for the last 6 years working across some iconic projects such as the RAAF Base Air Control Tower, Williamtown, Kingsford Smith Drive Project, Brisbane and various projects across WA, SA and QLD.
Lauren is a qualified HR Professional and is also currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Newcastle.

Having over a decade’s worth of experience in the Hospitality Industry, Terina moved into a management role and had the opportunity to manage venues across the Gold Coast.
Throughout her hospitality journey, she grew a love for the people – and wanted to make a change and learn about the Human Resource Industry.
Moving back to the Hunter region, she is now studying a double degree, Bachelor of Business | Bachelor of Innovation & Entrepreneurship | majoring in HR at the University of Newcastle.
