Meet Stace and Jules: the two people behind Seed.<\/p>\n

Colleagues, long-time collaborators and best friends who genuinely love the work they do and the people they get to do it with.<\/p>\n

For more than a decade, they’ve been helping organisations build stronger leaders, more connected teams<\/a>, and cultures<\/a> where people can do their best work. And while a lot has evolved over the years, what hasn’t changed is their focus on the things that make the biggest difference: leadership<\/a>, teams and culture.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

How Seed Came to Be<\/span><\/span><\/h2>

Seed started as an idea.<\/p>\n

After years working in HR and consulting in Sydney, Stace saw an opportunity to do things differently: to create workplaces that felt more human, more connected and more energising.<\/p>\n

So she came home to the Hunter and planted the seed.<\/p>\n

What began as a small consultancy has grown into a trusted partner for organisations across Newcastle, Sydney and the Hunter Region. And over time, we’ve refined what we do, always coming back to where we create the most impact: helping people work better together.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>
