As part of our work together, we may ask your people to spend time completing the following world-leading psychometric HR diagnostic tools. We’re fully accredited to help you complete and interpret them.

Global Leadership Wellbeing Survey (GLWS)

Measures the social-emotional, physical, intellectual and spiritual wellbeing of leaders in your organisation.

Time commitment: 15-20 minutes to complete online questionnaire plus a 1.5-hour individual debrief with one of our accredited consultants for each participant.Visit site

Life Styles Inventory™ (LSI)

Uses self-assessment (LSI 1) and colleague feedback (LSI 2) to identify your thinking and behavioural styles (strengths and development areas).

Time commitment: Approx. 30 minutes to complete the online inventory for self (and inventory completion for others, as required for LSI 2) plus a 1.5-2 hour individual debrief with one of our accredited consultants for each participant.Visit site

Opportunities – Obstacles Quotient (QO2) Profile

Provides feedback on how an individual responds to new situations and change, solves problems, focus on goals and how they view time.
