What an incredible opportunity to support the 40 year anniversary of Mosaic Multicultural Connections, in assisting people and communities from migrant and refugee backgrounds find their place.
We had the privilege in partnering with this incredible company, with targeted leadership development programme, to understand the value of diversity and build on the communication skills to give and receive feedback.
Watching the group develop into strong and confident leaders was the highlight of our journey with them.
