Here at Seed, we’re passionate about building engaging and sustainable leadership capability for the future across the Hunter region, so we have created a one-of-a-kind, carefully curated Leadership Development course for this purpose.

StepAdvantage™ is a 5-month program aimed at Emerging Leaders that will help to build the skills, behaviours and knowledge to navigate the potentially tricky first few years of Leadership.

The Details

What’s involved?

Designed for new, aspiring or eager leaders looking to enhance their skill, build their networks and embed practical learning this program is for you!

The program creates a sense of purpose and engagement, is multi-channelled, promotes self-reflection, and encourages leaders to create workplaces which are dynamic, inspiring and effective.

To be delivered over a 5-month period, with support from experienced facilitators, and grouped into three main areas of ‘Leading Self’, ‘Leading Teams’ and ‘Leading Change’, participants will be involved in:

2 x virtual sessions

4 x bite-sized learning resources

Along with the above participant will receive:

Support from experienced facilitators and leaders
Practical leadership tools and frameworks
Peer-to-peer learning in a small cross-industry group
Access to a diverse group of emerging leaders, enabling participants to build their professional network across the local region.
