StepAdvantage™ is a 5-month program aimed at Emerging Leaders that will help to build the skills, behaviours and knowledge to navigate the potentially tricky first few years of Leadership.

Our carefully crafted Emerging Leaders Development Course is designed for new, aspiring or eager new leaders looking to enhance their skill, build their networks and embed practical learning as part of their development.
The program creates a sense of purpose and engagement, is multi-channelled, promotes self-reflection, and encourages leaders to create workplaces which are dynamic, inspiring and effective.
To be delivered over a 5-month period, and grouped into three main areas of ‘Leading Self’, ‘Leading Teams’ and ‘Leading Change’, participants will be involved in:

Through research and feedback we’ve designed this 6-month program to be short and sharp to build learning momentum with learning resources between facilitated sessions as well as peer-to-peer sharing. Utilising the small learning environment (maximum 12 participant cohort) to encourage connection and shared experience during facilitated sessions will also build participants confidence and local network.
