A born and bred Novocastrian, Jules started her career in retail and customer-facing roles. This built her love for people and customer service. After moving to the UK at 21 and ‘falling’ into HR, she climbed the early ranks to HR Advisor before returning home to Aus.

Prior to joining our team, she worked at Wests Group (both in Newie and Sydney) and Nespresso. Here at Seed, she spends her busy days working on everything from proposals to end-to-end project and client management, and running sessions with enthusiasm and smarts!

Why do you do what you do?

I love people and getting involved in businesses and teams, helping them find better ways to do things and discover things they didn't know about themselves.

How do you keep your clients happy?

We build strong relationships and never pretend to be anything we’re not! We value connection with our clients, checking in to ensure things are on track, that we're aligned, and that they’re getting what they need from us.

What are your hobbies/interests outside of work?

Food, wine, good friends and family. I love to read, but at the moment, most of my free time is spent with my husband and daughters. We love being social and getting out and about.
