Olivia, or Liv as we call her, may be our graduate, but she isn’t fresh off the boat. Before joining our team, she worked in another well-known people consulting firm here in Newcastle, moving up the ranks from intern to HR Officer. We know smarts when we see them!

Passionate about creating dynamic workplaces where employees feel happy and valued, Liv always gives 100 per cent. Her days involve working closely with our team to help co-design engaging workshops for clients. And she loves hearing about the positive outcomes.

What did you want to be when you were younger?

A dancer. When I was little, I did every type of dance imaginable and never wanted to stop!

What do you love best about your work?

I love the people I work with and how much endless support they give. I also love thinking of innovative and creative ways to facilitate to suit the needs of each client.

What are your hobbies/interests outside of work

When I'm not sitting around a fire camping with my family, I enjoy adventuring into Blackbutt Nature Reserve or Glenrock State Conservation Area and experimenting with acrylic paint on canvas.
